I do not pay for any sort of customs charges, brokerage fees, duty fees, VAT taxes, or anything of the sort. It is entirely up to you and your responsibility as the customer, to pay these charges or fees at your country’s customs or post office when the packages are shipped internationally.

I am also unable to say how much these charges or fees will cost, and it’s up to you again to do research beforehand as I have no control over that.

Yes, every shipping option comes with a tracking number.

I am currently looking into a much cheaper shipping option like USPS First Class Letter Mail for smaller orders like sticker-only orders, though that will come without any sort of tracking number.

Fulfilling orders will take anywhere from 1-3 business days from the day the order is placed. After that, from the day it’s dropped off at the post office, the shipping times are as follows:

• US customers: 4-7 business days

• International customers: anywhere from 2-6+ weeks

Please keep in mind that these are estimates, and it’s best to check your tracking number and/or carrier.

Please keep in mind that the moment the shipping label is printed and then sent off to the post office, it’s up to carriers like the USPS as I have no control over that. It’s best to contact them first before contacting me.

If your order has been marked as ‘delivered’ and you have not received the package, please give it 1-2 business days as carriers will sometimes mark orders as such a bit early.

‘Kazu’ is just my fursona’s name (and is often a common unisex Japanese name カズ), while K9 is a phonetic abbreviation of the word ‘canine’. Both of these together form an alliteration of the name ‘Kazu K9’.

You might’ve seen examples like this in games like Kirby‍ where levels are named like such… Whispy Woods, Orange Ocean, Rainbow Resort, and so forth. It’s just a fun play on words if anything!
